Almost a full week since the journey began and it feels like it's been so much longer with an experience so visceral and all consuming.

I now have a team and got to meet all the clients on Tues.  Fascinating!  We had a few more interviews at the HR Office and spent the afternoon with the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) clients - RC and Wena - to review history, department structure, perception and challenges...

Would love to help influence a few wins! - many of the people we talked to have great innovative ideas and face tough constraints to deal with given the political nature of the overall (City Government) framework.

Garima arranged for a City Hall transport - KabBayan - for pick up and drop off from the hotel each day, which is so generous.  Everyone is extremely kind and accommodating, easy to get used to grinning all day long.  Grateful!


Off to work again and will share more of today's experience - off to meet w/ our HR client to re-group on priorities and then making a trip to an emergency hospital in the mountain.
