Thurs was a very productive work day - we stayed at the hotel, connected to the internet, intranet and instant messaging, heads down reviewing our notes and project materials, and in turn doing more research across multiple venues, and reaching out to colleagues across IBM. We organized much of the data gathered to-date, managed to do some divide-and-conquer-ing to further focus our next steps, and drafted our rough recommendations chart deck. So many ideas and opportunities. On Fri we will do another round-robin with the key stakeholders to further formulate "special project" recommendations for some "continuous improvement" wins and to feed the overall restructuring mandate. Fascinating.



In the evening, Tati (my fabulous roommate and also one of my project teammates) and I jumped on the chance to visit the Taoist Temple in Cebu's Beverly Hills neighborhood - gorgeous views of town and, I realized, it's the first Taoist Temple I've ever been to - loved the dragons, ornate designs, and the aromatic flowers and incense smells that permeated the air as we walked around.
For dinner reunited with a few more CSC teammates, we were back at our neighboring Ayala Mall, and after laundry pick up and dinner at new restaurant with excellent

live music, we wrapped the evening up with ice-cream at our favorite shop - Gelatissimo, featuring 6 mango flavors among many others.
